  • Orders for Braille Materials for the ELPA21 Summative Assessment

    TIDE is now back online, and the ELPA21 Summative Assessment window is open from January 27, 2020 through March 6, 2020. Please review this brief summary of the minor changes enacted for the 2019-20 ELPA21 Summative.

    Orders for paper and braille tests for the ELPA21 Summative Assessment must be placed through the Help Desk by November 22, 2019 to ensure delivery to districts prior to the start of the Summative test window. To place an order for paper, large print, or braille materials, please call the AR Help Desk and provide the school/district and contact information as well as the product name and material quantity to be ordered.

    An additional order window will open on January 14, 2020, and the Help Desk will intake order requests until February 28, 2020. Orders placed during the additional order window will be extracted and shipped daily.

  • Reminder: The Online Reporting System will be Retired on October 31, 2019

    This is a reminder that all student results will be reported on AIRWays Reporting after October 31, 2019, and the Online Report System (ORS) will no longer be available to users after this date. Please be sure to use AIRWays for all your reporting needs following October 31, 2019.

    Important note: Once the transition to AIRWays is completed on October 31, 2019, the 2017-18 ELPA21 screener results will no longer be available online.

  • TIDE Will Be Offline for Updates

    TIDE will be offline for updates from Thursday, October 24, 4:00 p.m. CT through Sunday, October 27, 10 p.m. CT. The online Test Delivery System and the AIRWays Reporting System will be available while TIDE is offline. Districts and schools can administer the Screener to students while TIDE is offline, if those students were added to TIDE prior to the TIDE shutdown.

  • Reminder: 2019-20 Secure Browser Must be Installed on Desktop Devices by August 31, 2019

    All devices running Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems will need to be updated to the latest version of the Secure Browser by Saturday, August 31, 2019. After August 31, any older versions of the desktop Secure Browser will not be supported for ELPA21 Practice tests, Screener, or Summative tests.

    The 2019-20 Secure Browser for Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems can be downloaded from the Secure Browsers page.

  • TIDE 12 and Mandatory Password Resets

    We are happy to announce that TIDE 12 will launch this Friday, August 2. The updated version of TIDE brings a few enhancements while maintaining the familiar look and feel of previous versions.

    New features of TIDE 12:

    • Capability to delete students in rosters through file upload

    • Ability to convert Temporary ID’s to Permanent SSID’s via upload

    • Participation report improvements

    • User search improvements

    In addition, returning district-level users will need to reset their passwords when they log into TIDE after August 2, 2019.
